These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.yolipantry.com and any purchases you make from Kimjang Paste LLC, doing business as Yoli Pantry (“Yoli Pantry,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all platforms and ordering methods we use, including our Shopify store, Instagram Shop, and wholesale ordering process.

Products & Availability

Yoli Pantry offers consumer packaged goods (CPG) food products intended for human consumption and for shipment to U.S. customers only. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Orders & Payments

  • Payment is required in full when an order is submitted.
  • We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and major credit cards.
  • No sales tax is charged on food products shipped within California, in accordance with state law.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the United States only.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Orders are processed during normal business hours.
  • Shipping rates are charged at a flat fee, displayed at checkout.
  • Delays may occur during high-volume seasons or due to carrier issues.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are food items, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect orders.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact our customer support team at hello@yolipantry.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. Refund requests will be processed after confirmation from our team.
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Wholesale Terms

  • Wholesale orders require payment by credit card unless otherwise agreed in writing by Yoli Pantry.
  • Unauthorized resale of our products without written permission is prohibited.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or products for:

  • Any unlawful purpose
  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reselling products without our prior written permission

Food Safety Disclaimer
