What about Gochujang 고추장?
Yoli Yangnyum and gochujang share the primary ingredient of gochugaru, but differ in their roles in the kitchen. The more sophisticated older (fermented) cousin, gochujang, adds depth with soybeans and glutinous rice. Yoli Yangnyum is fresh and bright, offering a lively burst of flavor. Both are distinct and can be used individually, but together they make a dynamic pairing—gochujang adds richness, while Yoli Yangnyum brings balance and brightness to your cooking.
